what else can i say it broke on the second day of use the quality of the phone was very cheaply made, at least returning it was'nt a hassle.

We've purchased several sets over the past few years and have thrown them out after a short period of time because they did NOT work well. Fading and fuzzy for my hearing-impaired spouse. But these are a mega hit !! He keeps saying I can hear it now, from all over the house and even on the porch and walking out to get the mail. These are the best we could wish for! I asked for assistance on a phone chat too and the person was so professional and helpful and lead me right to the correct item. Thanks.
